We respect free speech and anonymity, never alter submitted content, and welcome all honest perspectives positive or negative. Our moderation is focused on enforcing these values to maintain a respectful and constructive community.

Content Standards

  • Honesty and Accuracy: Provide truthful and accurate salary data and reviews based on your own experiences.
  • Anonymity & Privacy: Do not share personally identifiable information (yours or others'). We link contributions internally to your account for moderation, but do not display this publicly.
  • Respectful Language: Avoid insults, profanity, hate speech, harassment, or discrimination based on race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, age, disability, or other protected classes.
  • No Spam or Advertising: Keep content relevant; do not post promotions, solicitations, or irrelevant links.
  • Confidential & Legal Compliance: Do not share confidential company information or content that violates laws or agreements.
  • Executives Naming Policy: You may name high-level executives (C-suite, founders) when relevant to workplace culture or behavior, but not other identifiable employees.
  • No Misinformation or Trolling: Avoid posting deliberately false content or inflammatory statements meant to disrupt the community.

Moderation & Enforcement

We use advanced technology and human reviewers to monitor content for compliance with these guidelines. Content violating the rules may be removed or hidden. Repeat or serious violations can result in account suspension or termination.

Our platform remains neutral in disputes; we do not arbitrate factual disagreements between users and employers.

Verification & Security

To maintain quality and prevent abuse, users must verify their accounts via email or social login. In some cases, additional verification methods may be applied.
