Pros
The work environment is positive, largely due to the people you collaborate with. There's minimal pressure from upper management.
Cons
Salary disbursement is often delayed, with the previous month’s salary typically paid around the 15th or 16th of the current month. The company is essentially made up of just four people — three employees and one founder. There's no proper management structure in place; roles like HR, marketing, strategy, and operations are all handled solely by the founder. Even requesting a leave can feel like you're asking for something unreasonable.
