Looks like a big SCAM!

They claim to be a part of UK based company and are hiring Customer Service Representatives for a monthly salary of Rs. 30,000! Once you clear the interview, they ask you to provide of cheque of Rs. 50,000! So, during the 3 months probation, you cannot leave the company or be fired. But if you do for any reasons, they will encash the cheque. If the cheques cannot be cashed then they will file a police case and you will land up in jail. Not sure if this is even legal.
Advice
Avoid this company at all cost.
