Axis NCLEX Consulting Company is by far one of the worst places to work in Nepal. They pay only NPR 15,000, which is below the minimum wage standard. The work environment is highly toxic, with passive-aggressive remarks thrown at employees from the very beginning. Despite being hired for a front desk role, I was forced to take on additional assistant responsibilities without proper training or support. The company expects you to give your 100% effort for their benefit while offering no growth, learning, or appreciation in return. When mistakes happen (often due to lack of guidance), instead of helping, they blame you as if you’re the one bringing down the company. Overall, the experience was exploitative, demotivating, and unprofessional.

I would strongly advise job seekers to avoid this company if they value fair pay, respect, and a healthy work culture.
