The only positive about working at WOM Marketing is the staff colleagues are genuinely nice, hardworking, and supportive of each other. Unfortunately, everything else is disappointing.
Cons
Working at WOM Marketing has been a deeply disappointing experience. The company consistently fails to deliver on its promises both to clients and employees. The founders lack clear direction and decision-making skills, which creates a highly unstable work environment. Employees are constantly insecure about their jobs because the company struggles to even pay salaries on time. No one here feels valued, and extra efforts are never recognized or compensated. Work-life balance is non-existent, with unrealistic expectations and long hours becoming the norm. Overall, this is not a healthy workplace. If you’re looking for stability, growth, and fair treatment, this is not the place to be.

Stability and transparency should be the first priority.
