If you want a job where basic rights feel like a luxury,welcome to Nepaworks.No paid leave during probation,and even after that you only get 2 paid leaves per month but if you take 3 days off, only 1 is paid and the other 2 are unpaid.Kasto system ho yo?TESMATHI Friday leave liyo bhane Saturday(WFH) automatically leave ma jancha, unpaid so 1 day rest=2 days salary cut, wah. Working hours are latenight with no transportation,no food,no insurance,nothing tara company earns millions USD but still pays bare minimum. Phones are strictly banned,and there are 20+ CCTV cameras where THEy literally zoom garera screenshot lINCHA and calls you out.yo office ho ki jail?You only get 15 days leave for the whole year,no marriage leave,no bereavement leave,kehi pani chaina life ma kei bhayo bhane pani “adjust garnus.” Honestly,yo kaam hoina,yo exploitation jasto feel huncha. Advice to anyone starting their career: HR le policy sab clear nagare samma naaun, even if you’re desperate yaha kaam gareko pani khasai credibility chaina,baru afno room ma basera skills siknus, research garnus,projects kamau. Already job cha and switch garchu bhannu huncha bhaye ta DONT EVEN CONSIDER. Not a single thing is good here. Maybe the company building is quite good nothing else.

They are stingy af in giving salary and STINGY af in giving salary in time. They literally earn in millions usd per WEEK but dont even bother to give out dashain bonus. This place is not suitable for anyone looking for career growth. They want to pay you as less as possible. The management is strict af they track your every movement. Maybe this review i am writing is also being recorded right now from the 3 cameras pointed towards me . I dont recommend anyone to work in this company at all. The employee are nice but the management its like living in prison. NO flexibility at all.

Do I even need to give this company an advice. Maybe fire all the management staff but THERE is only ONE staff. The main culprit is the president of the company who is handling the company his little brother founded and is leeching off of employees day and night.
