Pros
Easy work-life balance you get enough work from home but hard to get leave if the leave count exceeds the 22 days balance. No strict office hour lots of casual time in office hour.
Cons
Lack of job security. Lack of management communication. Accept high performance for low salary.
Advice
Review the contract before you join. Proper salary negotiation should be done increment won't be satisfactory. The bond of contract is too harsh and always be in foot to be fired.
