Initially, the company had a very positive and flexible work environment. The management/boss was understanding and supportive. Communication felt neutral and respectful, which made work less stressful and encouraged growth. The workplace culture used to motivate employees and gave freedom to work comfortably.

Recently, the work environment has changed significantly. The atmosphere feels less engaging and more restrictive compared to before. There are also too many restrictions on small things, making the environment feel less flexible and more stressful. Overall motivation and workplace energy have decreased over time.

Advice

Maintaining employee trust and a healthy work culture is just as important as productivity. Flexibility, understanding management, and a motivating environment were some of the company’s strongest qualities before. Bringing back that balance could improve employee satisfaction and morale significantly.
