Pros
The super top level come from highly technical background. They are experienced devs that actually have a vision.
Cons
The ... in the middle has worsened every aspect of the work environment. Some signs of micromanagement and promise breaks are appearing.
Advice
The attempt to make it more corporate has backfired as the middle management is filled with people that only ask "Is the work done? When will it be done?" and keeps giving unreasonable tasks and deadlines.
