Pros
Immediate supervisor and HR acts as if they are supporting. However, they are the real puppet of management.
Cons
Unachievable target set to prove you are incompetent. They pressurise you to leave the job adding more duties of various other units.
Advice
You can do well if you fall on Favoritism, Nepotism or you can be a good puppet of owners.
