Pros
- provide lunch but not worth eating... - easy to get leaves flexible with everything
Cons
- single person handling whole company, projects - worst work review process - no work planning and solid decision making.. everything is too flexible - worst management, no proper leave tracking, work tracking
Advice
make your staff strength not weakness. all minor decision should not be centralized. make sure you involve employee in decision making activity in projects etc. Trust your employee......
