1. Most unskilled selfish management where everyone is trying to save their own a** 2. People working for 20 something years promoting butt licking culture and flashing open favoritism to the least deserving people who inturn show their arrogance to other colleagues 3. Hods having no idea about how and what they should conduct bunch of illeterates who cant speak english and blabber in their dehati accent by the window disturbing the whole workspace 4. Management dont wanna change as they are too old and used to doing dadagiri on the basis of system knowledge which they withold and arrogant to share. Operations does nothing about this and lets it happen. Operations works from nz offuce remotely and doesnt give a f. So domino effect 5. Hod or people who have power are age old friends bandaging holes each one of them fools create. Two of them(who are rumoured couple and the most dehatis ) are the funniest. One screams around other is dumnfounded most of the time. Amazed how they are there

Keep doing ur sh-t. Indian invasion hs already started thanks to your mismanagement and favoritism and inability to change. Doom is inevitable .

- No career growth opportunities — employees stuck in same roles for years despite good performance - Very poor management and lack of professional leadership - Salary is lower than many local companies - Minimal increments and poor appraisal system - Operates like a local company despite being a multinational in name - Poor food quality in the cafeteria - Lack of engaging activities or employee engagement programs

Better not to join if you have good experience or lets say 3+ yrs of experience.

Work from home. [Not sure how long will it last]

1. Poor career growth opportunities [both technical skills and soft skills] 2. Toxic management. [From line managers to HOD(s) are very hypocrites] 3. Low quality lunch. 4. Poor vision from leadership. 5. Only Name is "Hitachi" but the policies that they implement are worse and only company's benefit centric. 6. Very poor renumeration and promotions.

Do not join here.

Nothing good. Except 2 days a week work form home.

Cons

It took 5+ yrs to move from associate to mid leve. Management is so self centric that you would want some of them to disapper. Wrost at it's peak.
