The best aspect of working at Infinite is the excellent work-life balance. The company fosters a friendly and collaborative environment, making day-to-day work enjoyable.
Cons
While the company offers a competitive salary for new hires, compensation for senior employees is disappointing. This year, many senior team members received no increment at all. After the recent transition from Cotiviti, the work culture has noticeably declined. It now reflects a more traditional Indian corporate environment.
Advice
Infinite is a great place to start your career, but consider moving on after two to three years, as growth opportunities tend to become stagnant over time.
