Checklist : if a company deducts Provident Fund from their salary and they do not have provision of depositing the amount within 15 days ,run from them , they are operating scam/fraud in the name of pf .

They deduct the salary every month in the name of pf , gratuity and tds and dont deposit at all . They will say thwy will deposit after you leave the job . I found that they havenot deposited tds pf of the employee who have left several years ago too.

Advice
