Best place to work if you love to be jack of all trades in Devops

Pros
The people, work culture, work life balance are great. The employees and management are very helpful to push you to be better. No backstabbing politics. If you made a mistake you are not demeaned or treated harshly unless you made a grave mistake. The people help you learn and be better. In devops you won't feel your work is monotonous. It is a service based company, therefore you will be refreshed with new challenge. You can reach to anyone for a talk, help or just hangout in company (even the president of company). I love chaos and I love to work for them.
Cons
The company lacks clear vision towards the future. Compensation is better than average market. The yearly salary review rate is not fixed. Due to large amount of varied projects, you have to juggle sometimes at least 5-6 projects at once. But this is seasonal and depends upon the employee availability. But juggling gets chaotic real quick.

Have a clear vision towards future and work on it.
