Pros
LIMstudio has a creative, collaborative team and offers great exposure to diverse design projects. It's a solid place to grow as a designer.
Cons
Being a small team, resources can be stretched at times, leading to tight deadlines and multitasking across roles.
Advice
LIMstudio has great potential and a talented team. Investing in better design processes, clearer communication, and a stronger UX foundation will make the team even more efficient and aligned. It’s a solid place to build your skills, and with a few improvements, it can become truly exceptional.
